Christmas Wonderland

I can't believe it's already Decemeber!!! Time has gone by so fast so far. The Christmas market has been up and running for about a week now and Christmas decor has been hung around town. In order to make us feel more at home and in the Christmas spirit, we decided that we needed to decorate our house. It all started a few weeks ago when Leslie found a giant box in the street. At one in the morning she made us and a friend carry the box through the streets into our apartment. We managed to squeeze it up the stairs and into her room. A few days later I wake up to her trying to fit it through the hallway into the lounge. Fail.

As you can tell, with a little help she managed to move it into the lounge. We sat on the click-clack throwing out ideas and trying to decide how to best use the box. We finally decided to turning it into a Christmas house, one half Hanukkah and the other half Christmas. Let the decorating begin!

We bought wrapping paper, spray paint, markers and colored pencils and went to town! We still have lots of work to do, but with some creativity, finding some hidden gems of decorations, and Christmas spirit, we turned Chez HYDE Paul into a Christmas Wonderland!
